Mitten in einer Kulturlandschaft der besonderen Art steht das Gästehaus la Fourmi, in attraktiver und ruhiger Wohnlage am Südhang des Vully. Panoramaaussicht auf den Murtensee, die Weinreben und die Alpen mit Zugang zu einem eigenen Gartenanteil. Der Zugang zum Haus führt über eine Treppe in einen Innenhof mit einem kleinen Brunnen. Das Gästehaus wurde mit grossen Respekt vor der Natur und mit schonendem Umgang mit den Ressourcen realisiert. Lehmmauern und Holzdecken sorgen für ein gutes Klima

Chambre écologique "sur les toits"

Cette chambre fait partie des différents logements que je propose dans ma nouvelle construction écologique en paille. Celle-ci a été conçue exclusivement avec des matériaux naturels (paille bio du canton de Vaud, bois suisse et européen, terre du jardin, enduit à l'argile, etc) le tout en éliminant toutes sources de formaldéhyde, COV ou autres émanations nocives. Panneaux solaires, récupération de l'eau de pluie pour le lave-linge & les toilettes, protection du bois avec des huiles naturelles.

Chalet pour amateurs de randonnée en montagne

Logement de vacances de type chalet avec des murs de paille et un fourneau à bois moderne. La maison est idéale pour les amateurs de ski (la station de Vichère est à 20') et de randonnées (ski alpinisme, raquette, marche, VTT, escalade, etc.) en toute saison. Situation idéale à 1 minute des moyens de transport (car postal) et d'une piscine couverte ainsi qu'à proximité d'un hôtel avec SPA (jacuzzi, hammam et sauna). Ambiance calme et conviviale dans le petit village de Bourg-Saint-Pierre.

Erdhaus Villa Vals

Earth house completely buried in the mountainside with large terrace. Access to the house is through a tunnel from the nearby stable. The architecturally unusual house is furnished with international designer pieces and offers all amenities such as large kitchen with table for 10 people, Wifi, TV, pool table, hot tub on the terrace and much more. Una camera in un rustico alternativo, romantico, con cucina, bagno e stufe pellet. La casa è immerso nella natura ed ha una stupenda vista sulle montagne. La casa pur essendo circondata dal bosco dista solamente 7 minuti in macchina dalla stazione del bus e dai negozi alimentari. In 15 minuti si arriva a Bellinzona. Dal rustico si possono fare tante belle escursioni, raggiungere il Ponte Tibetano e delle falesie per arrampicata!
