Integrated washer and dryer for your ultimate convenience. Here coastal decor meets the latest luxuries, and with breathtaking views over Manly's iconic Shelley Beach. My newly renovated apartment is located on prestigious Bower St, Shelley Beach Manly. Positioned on the rooftop of the Sea Murmur building, the interiors are inspired by New York Loft style, while the views are reminiscent of the Amalfi Coast. With three rooftop balconies you will be able to take your pick between close views over Shelley Beach, expansive views north up the entire Northern Beaches coastline, or magical views up to St Patrick's Cathedral. Positioned above the famous Bower restaurant, your morning coffee fix is footsteps away, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and with a leisurely walk around the promenade to The Boathouse Shelley Beach you will never want to cook. A short walk will take you into lively Manly with its many restaurants, cafe's, bars, and shopping. And with its rich nightlife of live music you will not be bored. Inspired by the beachfront location, the apartment is filled with soft light, airy rooms and stylish functionality. Entertaining is easy with an open plan living and dining layout and sun drenched balconies, my place is great for kicking back and enjoying quality time with friends. The modern kitchen has all that you need featuring stone benchtops, cooktop, microwave and generous bench space with stools for friends to enjoy a glass of wine while a meal is prepared or a delicious breakfast in the morning. Full tableware, glassware and crockery is provided as well as all kitchen utensils you may need to cook up a storm. You will also find complimentary tea and coffee to help kickstart your mornings. The north balcony also has a BBQ for outdoor grilling and plenty of seating for rooftop entertaining while you take in the water views. Flowing into the living space, you can relax in comfort on the L shaped sofa while you watch a movie on the large flat screen smart tv or lose yourself in the views. Both the bedrooms feature Queen size beds fitted with luxury bed linen, overhead fans, and plenty of storage space with built in wardrobes and gas lift beds. The renovated bathroom has a rain shower and conveniently houses a washer/dryer so you can take care of any of your laundry needs without visiting a laundromat. And if working during your stay we have free wifi so you can get your work done and get to the beach! Should you bring a car with you, there is plenty of street parking but it can get busy on a sunny summers day. My apartment is a walk up with a few short flights of stairs but worth the view. With so many balconies and rooftop entertaining spaces, my apartment is not suitable for kiddies so unfortunately we cant accept anyone under the age of 16. My home is ready to become your private coastal sanctuary, and with sweeping views of Shelley Beach and surrounded by a protected marine park you will feel at home in your own slice of paradise. Guests will have access to the entire home and parking I don't live on the property but will be available for anything you need during your stay. I live nearby and can be contacted anytime by email or phone. Set right above Shelley Beach ocean pool and the ocean promenade, head one way for Shelley Beach and the other for Manly Beach. Step out to the nearby Bower Restaurant and The Boathouse for breakfast, and Manly main town for restaurants and shops. There is a public bus stop a short walk that will take you into into the city, or north up to Palm beach. The ferry wharf to catch the ferry to Sydney city is a short leisurely walk through Manly. There are many great local bushwalks around the headland where you can take in the amazing views. Set right above Shelley Beach ocean pool and the ocean promenade with views reminiscent of the Italian Coast. Your morning coffee fix is footsteps away at the Boathouse or Bower Cafe. Head one way for Shelley Beach swimming and snorkeling and the other for the lively atmosphere of Manly Beach with its restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. Or sit on one of your 3 balconies sipping on a cocktail and grilling while enjoying ocean breezes. My home is ready to become your private coastal retreat.

Whale Beach Escape Apartment with Leafy Ocean Views

Floor to ceiling views just 10 minutes walk to the beach. This space has the feel of a luxurious cabin with all the amenities of a high-end apartment. Take in ocean views while relaxing in total comfort in this secluded, leafy hideaway. Escape the crowds for a longer stay in peaceful surroundings only 1 hour from the city centre. A lovely self-contained apartment with sunlit rooms decorated with easy elegance for relaxing and taking in the view. An easy 10 minutes walk to beach, cafes, restaurants and stunning bush walks. Public transport can deliver you and delivered-to-the-door public transport. Whilst being situated in a secluded spot away from the hustle bustle, public transport can now deliver you directly to our door. Guests have separate entrance to their apartment. You will occasionally cross paths on the driveway with hosts, Emily and David- happy help you with any queries should you have them, but of the general understanding that you need to just get on with the business of having a holiday. Guests are always greeted on arrival, with a bottle of wine and a welcome selection of appetisers and breakfasts to start your holiday off on the right foot. Happy to assist if you are dairy and/or gluten free. We have an excellent, well-equipped kitchen for longer stays and are happy to point you in the right direction for local specialty fare. As is the case for many spots with great views, access is via a short but steep driveway. Parking is safe and always available. Due to enquiries, we now have an extremely comfortable queen sofa bed which is very easy to return to a sofa during the day. Pictures still being updated. Please contact for more details. Wifi is available, as is a bookshelf with books, board games and DVDs which can be played on the large television. You have your own clothesline, and hose to wash off sand after a swim. The sunny outside table is great for sunset drinks or dinner. If needed, contact for anything is initially via text. We are extremely respectful of privacy. Stroll to Whale Beach for a swim or exercise, bushwalk along some of the coast’s most dramatic scenery; take in the view from the lighthouse above Palm Beach or just retreat to your secluded hideaway to cook up a storm and take in the view. This delightful part of the world is just a walk from Avalon village, or you can choose to have supplies delivered. You can come here by public transport easily - only 10 minutes walk from the L90 bus stop. If you drive, please park opposite on the street outside (the driveway is quite steep and needs practice!). It is easy to arrive by public transport bus, the L90 and E88, which are about ten minutes walk uphill, alternately we can arrange to give you a lift from here if the timing is arranged beforehand. There are also excellent airport shuttle bus services that will take you straight to our door from the airport. We are walking distance to Moby Dicks for weddings and a very short drive to Jonah's. Young/small families welcome: we have a portacot, toys, books and dvds for your young ones :) If you wish to bring your baby/child, as we've found many happily have, we ask you to please "baby-proof" the space on arrival- you are far better at knowing what your little one can get up than us :) We are happy to provide a portacot if needed, but ask that you supply your baby's familiar bedding :) We advertise "5 beds" because small families with a child have enquired about this with reasonable regularity. We can supply a trundle bed which is made up and fits under the queen bed. We charge an extra $30 per person. The sofa bed is a new addition which can have an extra 2 people. Please note, the trundle bed needs to be set up in the bedroom or sitting room. You need to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom, so it is not for everyone, but it probably makes a place with a view and walking access to the beach better value.

Fine dining just minutes away at Clareville Kiosk or let us recommend a unique dining experience at some of the fantastic restaurants of Sydney's Northern Beaches Avalon Village is an easy walk or there is a convenient bus stop that will take you into the Sydney CBD just metres away from the home. No Guest access is private I am very respectful of my guest privacy - most of my guest choose Pittwater Paradise as a romantic get away or for a secluded break. I am, however always available to give you advise on the best restaurants and things to enjoy in the area. Just let me know how I can help make you stay as enjoyable as possible Paradise beach is just a few minutes' walk away. Take the spectacular walk up to Palm Beach Light House in the winter to spot whales, or visit Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park with its Indigenous rock carvings and roaming wallabies. We have a bus stop at our door step - this will take you into Palm Bach or Avalon village. From there you can take an express bus into the city. Wedding Preparations We are the perfect location for Brides to be for their pre wedding night and Wedding preparation and pre wedding photos. Ask us about the availability to have photographs on our top deck with stunning views across Pittwater. We are normally in the area so we are available for any emergencies should they arise This apartment is 300 metres from Bondi Beach. Nothing is too far to reach on foot. There are fantastic coffee shops and bars, modern restaurants, and trendy shops. There are a variety of bus routes that are within 300 metres Street parking is available but rather expensive. Beach parking can be arranged for longer stays.

Ahoy! Step aboard your waterfront boathouse 'Tides Reach' - nestled uniquely over the shoreline with an expansive deck to dine alfresco, a deepwater jetty and backyard access to the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park walking trails. Dive off your private jetty, throw a line from the deck or curl up by the fire with a freshly brewed coffee. It's a water-access only cottage in Pittwater's McCarrs Creek with car parking at Church Point and then catch a short on-demand water taxi. @tidesreach.
