Studio apartment completely renovated October 18. Very light, quiet with private balcony. New kitchen with Bosch oven , Bosch dishwasher, induction cooktop and microwave. All new furniture. Fast internet connection. Queen size bed with quality linen. I supply a box of cereal, tea, coffee, biscuits and milk. Sorry I don't have off street parking available. Building is powered by 38 solar panels on the roof. I hope to install batteries to make the building carbon neutral 6 month of the year.

Massive Warehouse Loft Apartment

Earlier this year, Marrickville was voted the 10th coolest neighbourhood in the world by Time Out. And this would be the coolest pad in that neighbourhood. It's a big space on the first floor of an old warehouse. Downstairs is a working art studio - The Bakehouse Studio Marrickville run by Lisa Hoelzl. The guests who love our place the most are the ones who like the idea of staying in a warehouse flat on top of a studio and engaging with our odd extended household and neighbourhood.

Take a ferry ride with a cup of coffee to the city, listen to the lions roar in the zoo with a French glass of wine in the garden are just few of the lovely activities while staying at our BnB. Lavender House is an alpaca farm in Kurrajong. With splendid views of the Blue Mountains it is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy a quieter pace of life. The cafes and coffee shops of the quaint village of Kurrajong are 5 minutes away. Your hosts live on the top floor of the large two storey home with your self contained apartment with all facilities taking up the bottom floor. The alpacas are very friendly and love to be fed by hand.
