Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath ranch has an open layout with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all open to one another. The master bedroom is huge with a newly installed king size bed, desk, and comfortable chair. The master bathroom has a shower with seat, no tub. The master bathroom can be accessed from the hallway as well. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The couch in the living room has a pull out bed as well.

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Full coffee bar, with pour over coffee, drip and keurig, and espresso machine. Sleeps 6,has 5 beds.
