Come enjoy this cozy cottage located in the heart of Sylvan Lake’s recreation district. You’re 1 block from the beach and all that Lakeshore Dr. has to offer. This 1200 SqFt house boasts a spacious master bedroom with a large ensuite. The 2nd bedroom with a queen bed is next to a renovated 4-piece bathroom. Bring family or friends and walk to the beach or downtown from this spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom main floor condo located on Lakeshore Drive, directly across from Sylvan Lake. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or take advantage of the many microbreweries, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance of this centrally located condo. At the end of the day, sit back and relax in front of the electric fireplace or on the private patio with a view of the lake!

This suite is a separate entry all to yourself. It has its own bathroom with a very large shower. Across the hall is the bedroom and It’s meant to be comfortable and cozy. Then up the hall there is the Livingroom, kitchenette and eating space. We try to keep a great coffee bar. There are usually a few extras in the fridge. NOTE: The 2nd bed is a single cot, or the fold down living room couch. Notify us if these extras are needed. As we may need prepare the linens for you.
