Villa Rosa is a beautiful neoclassical style property situated in the Pitini area of Symi. Its fabulous position means it offers stunning views of Yialos harbour, the Aegean sea and the Island of Nimos. Rare for Symi, the property has the benefit of road access from the harbour & the "lazy steps" are moments away. Offering generous & flexible accommodation the Villa spans 2 separate properties that can sleep up to 10, all set within a beautiful private garden with outside kitchen.

Astradeni

Astradeni is situated in the peaceful upper village of Chorio. Surrounded by the grass-covered garden, Astradeni holds the beauty of the island within its yard. The beauty extends beyond its gardens to the nature-touched, breathtaking scenery, along with its fantastic view of three bays. The renovated, three-storey, villa is built in stone, with the bottom floor dating back to the 16th century. Astradeni is a special place with a warm flavor, giving a sense of living in history.

Our house with its incomparable architectural design on the outside and the completely renovated space on the inside, wants to welcome our guests and make them feel like their home.

LA DESIRADE

Small restored fisherman's house located in the bay of Pedi by the sea. The house has 2 levels with 1 large terrace each: Ground floor: A large living room, kitchenette and a very comfortable bed for 2 people; A bathroom with toilet First floor: A large room equipped with a double sofa bed and another single sofa bed ; A shower room with toilet and washbasin. Villa St. Barbara - Petalo . Symi

Located in Sými Sea front Villas Danezis feature a sun terrace and views of the sea. The property is air conditioned and has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. It also feature a sitting area and/or terrace. There is also a kitchen, equipped with an oven, toaster and refrigerator. A stovetop and kettle are also featured. Each unit is equipped with a private bathroom with free toiletries. Towels are provided.

Είναι μία παραδοσιακή κατοικία 80 τ.μ με δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα εκ των οποίων έχει ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι και το άλλο δύο μονά. Στο χώρο επίσης υπάρχει μία μεγάλη τουαλέτα με τζουζιέρα και μία πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, καθώς και ένα άνετο καθιστικό με δύο καναπέδες και τηλεόραση. Όλα τα δωμάτια περιέχουν κλιματιστικά. Η αυλή του σπιτιού με θεά όλη την Σύμη αποτελεί το κόσμημα του σπιτιού!!!
