The Lake House is 1800 sq. ft. of complete relaxation. Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!

Goudy Pond is a 22 acre private lake fed by natural springs and surrounded by wilderness and acres of a wetlands teaming with wildlife. Kayaks, canoes, a paddle boat are provided.Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. No electricity, however there are flush toilets, hot shower, propane for lights and cooking.

Cayuga Lake Elm Beach Cottage #2

Cottage #2, at 6712 Elm Beach Road, Ovid NY, is a private setting, on a bank on the edge of host's woodlot. The screened-in porch overlooks Elm Beach, directly across the road. This cottage is to the right/north of Cottage #1. Each cottage is private, and has its own separate parking, stairs and entranceway. The property is at the middle of Cayuga Lake, in the heart of the Finger Lakes, with level beach frontage, fine gravel, right on Elm Beach Road, well away from State Route 89 traffic.

Rooms includes full bath with shower, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, ac, heat, 42" flat screen cable tv, free wifi and a beautiful lake view & fantastic sunrises. A bunkhouse/cabin on Oneida Lake, with lake access and a new dock (in season). The cabin has five single beds, a fridge and a large bathroom (with multiple sinks, toilets & warm showers). There is WiFi, a TV, radio, etc. Guests have used the cabin as a base for boating, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or as a peaceful place to stay while in the area for work. There is a BBQ grill and a large fire pit on the grounds for guest use.

The prefect lakefront vacation home, recently renovated year round waterfront home situated on the west side of Skaneateles Lake only 4 miles from the center of town. Enjoy amazing views of the lake from the upstairs balcony, 1st floor deck or from the private dock. 3 full bedrooms, one bunk bed nook on lower level, 2 full baths, 50 feet of lake frontage with docks, parking for your boat rental, a lawn for the kids and dogs.

ATTENTION: The last 1/2 mile down is a steep gravel road. All wheel drive vehicles are recommended. (but not necessary)
