Located directly on the water, our property offers the best of outdoor adventures/activities on and off the Lake. Your dream vacation awaits.

The Cottage at the Three Bears

Location, Location, Location. In the Heart of Wine Country. You will feel like Goldilocks as you stay in the shadow of the Historic Three Bears buildings in the heart of the Finger Lakes in the Village of Ovid. Beautiful patio area that overlooks Three Bears Complex. Updated and sparkling clean. One upstairs queen size memory foam bed. One downstairs queen size sofa memory foam bed. Upstairs bath w/ stand up shower. Full kitchenette. Washer and dryer. Walking distance to all village amenities.

Wonderful lake house! Clean sheets and beds are made!Kitchen is fully stocked with blender, gas grill, coffee pot, & dishwasher. Sleeping areas- 2 bedrooms on main level-each has a double bed, a loft w/double mattress(wooden ladder), downstairs a bedroom with bunk bed set and a futon. Excellent walk out swim area or jump off the dock with swim up ladder. Included firewood, use of kayaks. Great fishing. Come make great family vacation memories! SUNY Cortland is 8 and SU is 17 miles away.

Quaint & cozy private lakefront cottage on East side of Skaneateles Lake. Gorgeous views! Magnificent sunsets!! key location! Short Boat ride or drive to village (2.9 mi) and all attractions. Cottage is on a 1 acre 185ft lakefront property shared with the owner. Dock for lake access. 2 kayaks and life jackets available to enjoy the lake. Water shoes a must as lake bottom is rocky. No children. No pets. There are 2 Friendly and Fluffy Australian Shepherds on the property.

King Ferry Cottage on Cayuga Lake

Located on a quiet road 30 min from Ithaca and 5 min from Treleaven Winery, our four season lakehouse is ideal for family time at the lake or a romantic getaway. The house is comfortable and thoughtfully furnished. With a sunny flat yard, deck, new lakeside shack, long dock, grass patio by the water, fire pit and rec room, there are lots of spaces to spread out. We face the afternoon sun and sunsets, and have deep, clear water. Sit by lake and feel your blood pressure drop!
