Completely remodeled 1920’s home in the Strathmore neighborhood of Syracuse. The property is centrally located near a beautiful park with biking and running trails. The owners live in the other half of the home, enjoy hosting guests, and meticulously maintaining the property. The space occupies the entire third floor of our house, which has been completely remodeled of our Victorian house in the University neighborhood. We are a mile from SU campus and Carrier Dome. The Wescott Theatre is a block away. A block away from Wescott Street with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. This is a private space on the third floor with a shared entrance through our house. Newly remodeled bedrooms, kitchen, full bathroom and more! We have Zoey, our dog, that is a sweetheart.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with nearby park and off- street parking. 505 Fellows is rumored to be the first house built on the street by Mr .Fellows himself, an architect. The house is beautifully restored with original woodwork. Please note this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Enjoy the great deck, but not after 10 pm. No parties allowed.
