Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 10 λεπτών περπάτημα από το λιμάνι, το νοσοκομείο και την κεντρική πλατεία της Σύρου. Στάση λεωφορείου της Δημοτικής Συγκοινωνίας Σύρου μόλις ένα λεπτό απόσταση. Δωρεάν δημόσιο πάρκινγκ στα 50μ από το διαμέρισμα και στη γύρω περιοχή.
