Golden summer

Our home is an authentic cycladic stone house, built in 1830 and restored in 2005 and 2018, which provides all the comforts to the visitors. The upper balconies have a stunning view of the port and the 2 main churches of the island and the port from. The location, only 5 mins on foot from the center of Ermoupolis, offers the perfect opportunity to explore this beautiful town. During your accomodation you will be provided with hypoallergenic bed linens, 100% cotton, including 3 towels and 1 sea towel per person, as well as kitchen utensils.

Nelly's Dream

A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

The House of the Setting Sun

Traditional storied house with entresol located at the picturesque side of Kini beach, 5 meters from the sand. Includes air conditioning, a solar water heater, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, as well as a large veranda with a direct view on the sunset. Can host up to 6 persons. Cafeterias, mini markets, restaurants and the bus stop, as well as the Aquarium, are all in close proximity. Recommended for couples, families and friend groups looking for a quality vacation at the countryside.

Traditional Medieval Stone house in "Ano Syros"

Μοναδική, πέτρινη παραδοσιακή οικία, εντός μεσαιωνικού οικισμού Άνω Σύρου. Η κατοικία έχει αδειοδοτηθεί από τον ΕΟΤ ως τουριστικό κατάλυμα. Χρονολογείται από τα τέλη 16ου αιώνα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένη χωρίς να έχει αλλάξει ο παραδοσιακός της χαρακτήρας. Στον πάνω όροφο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό (με έναν καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι) καθώς και η κουζίνα (εξωτερική). Στον κάτω όροφο βρίσκεται η κρεβατοκάμαρα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, και το μπάνιο. Ιδανική για δύο άτομα, ενώ μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα.

Με απέραντη θέα στη θάλασσα, το λιμάνι και την πόλη, το σπίτι βρίσκεται 4 λεπτά από την κεντρική αγορά και το ιστορικό κέντρο, τα καφέ/μπαρ, τα καταστήματα και τις δημόσιες υπηρεσίες. Η θέα, από τη μεγάλη βεράντα, το βράδυ είναι μαγευτική με τα φώτα από τα πλοία, τα κτίρια και τα νησιά Τήνο και Μύκονο. Για τις μετακινήσεις σας προς τις παραλίες, με ταξί και λεωφορεία, η απόσταση είναι 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια.Είναι προσβάσιμο με αυτοκίνητο το οποίο μπορείτε να παρκάρετε στους γύρω δρόμους.

Το "Σύρα και έλα" είναι ένα studio-loft που βρίσκεται στο 2 όροφο ιδιόκτητης κατοικίας με 2 μεγάλες βεράντες στην καρδιά της Ερμούπολης. Αποτελείται από δυο επίπεδα 40τ.μ. περίπου στο σύνολο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Βρίσκεται μόλις 7-9 λεπτά από το Ιστορικό Κέντρο της Ερμούπολης την αγορά και το λιμάνι, στην περιοχή των Πευκακίων που μπορεί κάποιος να βρει πάρκινγκ . The 1870 listed neoclassical town house lies in the heart of Ermoupolis. The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.
