Modern hot tub with powerful jets for a massage after a nice hike just steps out the back door. The patio also includes dining table/chairs, sun loungers and a new Weber grill and the large, clean garage is perfect for staging your adventures.

Our family's quaint A-frame cabin from the 1950s overlooks the lake with an unobstructed view from all living areas. There is a hot tub off the back deck overlooking the lake. The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.

HIKING AND BIKING trails (snowshoeing and cross country skiing) and a FANTASTIC SLED HILL and are just outside my door. Yet, you are only 2 miles to the Beach; 6 miles from Northstar Ski Resort. Internet speed is 343 mbps up/down per test.
