Noted: Airbnb sets a new policy in July 2026. Previously, when you booked, our rental fee and the 15% Airbnb service fee you paid were displayed and calculated separately, Therefore, the rental fee you saw appeared lower, as it would be higher after adding the Airbnb service fee. From July 2026, Airbnb new policy will combine these two fees together, and displaying only one price which showed to you (the total amount you need to pay will be the same, only the price you see will be slightly higher than before, because it's now a combined calculation of both fees). So, to clarify, the actual rental fee form us is the total amount minus the 15% deduction. (We never increased the rental fee, it's just that the Airbnb system is combining the two fees for calculation and display.) Very pleased to meet you. __________ Dear friend According to the Traveling-Law in Taiwan now, the personal house or space can NOT show the photos of any accommodation supplies on the website(Airbnb...etc), and anyone even can NOT say that they offer accommodation, otherwise it will be illegal-daily-rental-house in Taiwan(same situation in Malaysia/Singapore/Hong Kong/Macau/Korea/Philippine/Thailand...), if you rent this list which is illegal and show the photos of accommodation supplies on the website directly, the police has the authority to ask you to leave anytime during your vacation with NO REFUND from Airbnb!!!.(even at 2:00am in the midnight,you and your family have to leave immediately, it's happened all the time) So over 99.9% lists on Airbnb in Taiwan are all illegal...just the host never tell you that.. Airbnb never tell you, only me..cuz I treat you like my friend, I don't want to lie you... But , our space is out of this Law, we are legal cuz we rent the space with ""sofa""for celebrating/cooking/board game use, not a room with ""mattress""for accommodation use , you don't have to worry about the bad situation above that happened during your happy celebrating time... you are so smart, you must have already got what I mean....haha... And of course Airbnb never tell you the law, cuz every different countries have different laws with" Airbnb Apps", so airbnb just a website which want make a lot of money, Airbnb ask all the host and guest to have the responsibility for their own behaviours , so , of course no refound (airbnb think this is the thing you should search on the internet and know by yourself, also the host never tell you too) But, our space has no problems with this law, we researched and discuss with a lot of Lawyers..we also have a team of lawyers to protect you out of the trouble. The most important thing when you travel in Taiwan is ""Safe and convenient"", we are the only one who can make these for you! Cuz we spent a lot of money to discuss with lawyers... Plenty or cafes and restaurants just seconds away but our place is quiet! Easy access for the elderly or those travelling with a lot of luggage. If you are in Taipei to visit family/friends and want them over to visit you, our place will not be suitable for you.
