Your stay will be in the basement apartment of our home, with your own private entrance from the back of the house and down the exterior stairwell. The apartment includes one bedroom, a full kitchen, walk in closet with washer and dryer, one full and one half bath, and lots of space for relaxing or playing, depending on whatever you need while you're in town. We are .7 miles from UMD's SECU stadium - an easy walk to events.

This apartment is located in the historic section of Takoma Park and it is a 7-minute walk from the Takoma Metro Station, 10-minute walk to downtown Takoma Park. Metro ride to downtown DC is 25 minutes or less depending on destination. You will enjoy this fully furnished apartment because of the well-lit living area with garden views, fireplace, screened patio, comfy bed, and peaceful environment.
