In the heart of nature in the Rio Torrente valley , the cortijo borders the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. Within 5 mins walk of the picturesque ´slow´ village of Niguelas. Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. La Casa del Puente se encuentra al borde del río Chite y frente al puente de piedra de Talará (siglo XIX). Las montañas del Valle invadan la casa convirtiendo su ubicación en un sitio único en la zona. El Valle de Lecrín es un enclave rodeado de montañas y naturaleza. Situado a unos 25 minutos de Granada y unos 20 minutos de la costa tropical de Granada lo convierte en un sitio ideal para poder disfrutar de la ciudad, la costa, un entorno rural y la naturaleza en un mismo viaje.

This suite is located on the top floor of our farmhouse, with separate entrance. The suite is designed for your maximum comfort, with a bedroom with a 180x190 cm double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a private living-dining room with a sofa bed, and a kitchenette (for storing and heating food). It is equipped with underfloor heating and ceiling fans.

Villa Mirador del Lago es una casa de reciente construcción, situada en el corazón del Valle de Lecrín, a tan solo 25 minutos de Granada, 20 minutos de la playa, 40 minutos de Sierra Nevada, y a 75 minutos del aeropuerto de Málaga, por ello su ubicación es ideal para poder disfrutar de toda la provincia de Granada; dispone de un inmenso porche con vistas directas al lago de Béznar desde donde se pueden apreciar los espectaculares atardeceres que el valle ofrece.

There is a swimming pool but it is shared with the owners of the house.
