This is the city center, near the Central Stadium, fitness club's "Royal Club", "Invictus Go", Circus, theater, museum, restaurants and cafes, family entertainments, public transport in any directions, metro in 5 minutes, nightlife, 2 public gardens for walking. The apartment is in a quiet place, clean, bright and cozy. There is a view of the mountains from the house, also there is a lot of space near the house. True Kazakh Apartment Experience

This apartment is right in central Almaty. It is in an old fashioned soviet-style apartment block on the 4th floor without an elevator, but the apartment has been recently renovated and has modern appliances. It is a cozy, simple place, with one large room that is a living room with a futon that folds out and has a standard queen bed. It has a nice new kitchen and bathroom. You will love this apartment and how close and easy it is to access downtown Almaty and Arbat!
