The house is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the bustle of the restaurants, theatre, and shops of the internationally acclaimed Dundrum Town Centre. For something quieter stroll to the farmers market, gardens, and cafe at the beautiful Airfield Estate. Take a short and pleasant journey by light rail to the center of the city. The station is just across the street. Visible from the house the beautiful Dublin Mountains are a mere 15 min drive away. Perfectly located in a quiet street beside the Dundrum Luas station (pleasant 13 min journey on LUAS light rail to centre of Dublin (St Stephens Green), trains every 3-5 mins. 7 min walk to the Pembroke District restaurants and some of the best shopping in the city at the award winning Dundrum Town Centre. Perfect for one person or a couple. Studio 3 is cute, clean and self-contained with a private outdoor space. It is served by excellent public transport (buses are less than 10 minutes walk away). It takes about 40 minutes to the city centre (outside rush-hours). The Dublin's LUAS rail system is also close by. The immediate area is well served by coffee shops, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks and, of course, gastro pubs!
