Downtown Napa Gem - perfect for TWO!

Located downtown Napa, a short walk (three blocks) to dozens of shops, restaurants and wine tasting. The property was originally built in 1908 and has recently been remodeled. The rental offers two comfortable bedrooms, two relaxing patios, a living room and one full bath. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, but no kitchen. Easy parking in front of the rental. We are one of the 60 hosts with a legal Napa rental permit which allows us no more than two guests.

Relax in the hot tub or in the hammock on the backyard deck with a peaceful nature view or hang inside the cozy abode and make use of the fully-stocked kitchen. we have a limit of 4 overnight guests and 2 vehicles per Sonoma County permit rules. Spacious & Charming Gold Coast Home on the Island

Great place for travelers looking to visit the bay area or for families visiting relatives here in Alameda. 5 min drive to Alameda Ferry and 2 min walk to SF bus (25 mins to SF). This is a 1 bedroom, one bath duplex in a great neighborhood. Although its a 1 bed unit we do have a set of bunk beds in the bedroom and a pack-n-play crib for a infant. Its great for a couple or a family of 4 who would rather have access whole house rather than squeezing into a hotel room.
