Warning: Currently we have corporation sewage line works going on in our area and hence the roads are is a poor state. We use our cars, so its not impossible but its not very nice. Space and Location are the best feature, you are not too far away from the city, nor are you too much in the busy noisy area of the city. We have ample parking inside the property and high speed internet access. NB: Power back-up is not available, but we rarely have power cuts.

The residence is in first floor. A common living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms with air-conditioning and a separate bathroom and a separate Toilet. You can also use terrace and balcony for relaxing(smoking). Smoking inside the property is not allowed. Extra bed can be arranged on request. RO/Purified water facilities are available. Rental bikes can be arranged (if informed in advance).
