Small Farm with Alpacas 🦙 - La Măgaru` Cocoșat

Welcome to our little farm. Even if you are up to a full rural experience or you just want to relax in the garden with ALPACAS, sheep, chickens, gooses, donkey and goat, this is the place for your holiday. Our dog, Nor, will be your host and best buddy. It's the house we are usually living in, and we hope that you'll feel at home here, just as we do. The farm is close to Brașov and Râșnov, so it is easy to explore all the gems that this area has to offer, from touristing points to hike trails.

The cottage has a beautiful living area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a fireplace. It is extremely charming, the perfect place to enjoy the mountain. Outside there is a beautiful courtyard with an outdoor terrace and lounge area for guests, a barbecue. A lovely stream runs through the property. There is also a playground for children, 2 hammocks, a swing and a relaxation area for adults - heated jacuzzi (which is paid extra upon request). It is the perfect place for a great vacation.

Close-by to the Warthe access road to Poiana Brasov's slopes, the apartment features a fully functional stocked kitchen, covered garage and gated building grounds.

The Retreat - 3-Room Apartment - Cozy Fireplace

This spacious, recently furnished apartment is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, just 2 minutes away by car from the Brasov train station. Being just across the street from a bus station makes it a perfect choice for exploring this vibrant mountain town. I offer 24/7 support via text, email or phone, so you shouldn't hesitate contacting me for any local advice or eventual issues. The usual check-out time is 12 PM, the check-in is after 3 PM, but I will be flexible about it, if possible.

Descopera un tiny house unic, creat pentru intimitate si relaxare. Spatiul este gestionat foarte eficient, iar interiorul este creat manual, cu materiale reciclate. Casa este incalzita automatizat, cu peleti din lemn si flacara adevarata. La etaj veti descoperi toaleta si cabina de dus separata. Atentie la cele trei trepte verticale, acestea pot fi dificile pentru persoanele cu mobilitate redusa! Va rugam sa nu folosit aparate electrice cu putere mai mare de 1000W! Casa este adult-only.

Our Piece of Dream was designed to offer not just accommodation, but a truly unique experience. Staying here feels like living in a cozy wood cabin, with the breathtaking view of a mountain retreat and the intimacy of the forest, blending rustic charm with modern convenience. The house is located in the old center of Brasov, in a quiet neighborhood but also very close to the well-known attractions of the city. 📌 You have to walk 7 min to the center. The property has a private garden with a quiet place to enjoy the coffee while looking over Tampa and also a place to make barbecue. 🚗 FREE PARKING You can park the car in the private garden. as the street is quite narrow, I recommend entering by the back of the car.
