Villa Rajaportti Loft on uniikki kivitalohuoneisto Rajaportin Saunan rinteessä. Huoneiston 6 makuuhuoneen/-tilan 3:ssa eri kerroksessa nukkuu jopa 14 henkilöä. Keittiön pöytä on 10 hengelle. 4 huoneessa on TV, lisäksi keittiössä on videotykki ja valkokangas. 300-400m päässä on Cafe Pispala ja Pispalan Pulteri, joissa et takuulla jää nälkäiseksi. Ruokakauppaan on 700m. Bussipysäkit ovat 150-300m päässä. Ratikkapysäkki 700m. Talon vierestä kohoavat Pispalan rappuset ja näköalat ovat hekumaaliset.

Bus 13 from railwaystation, buss-stop 150 m from the apartment. Great promenade by the lake - goes by the amusement park. A shop (380 m) and a musicbar are nearby. Free sauna is available in the condominium. Netflix. Free parking is available 2-4 hours during the week. On weekends it is free. Possibility to hire a car place in the yard. Cash pay.

Vajaan kolmen kilometrin päässä Tampereen kaupungin ydinkeskusta kaikkine palveluineen ja tapahtumineen. Myös julkisella liikenteellä helposti tavoitettavissa. Pihassa oma parkkipaikka autollesi.

Unique apartment right next to the city center!

Unique apartment in old wooden house right next to the city center! There is a 15min walk to the railway station and to the city center. 2km from the Särkänniemi amusement park! Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and very atmospheric sauna! Cozy living room is equipped with 65" smart-TV (free guest Netflix!). This is our home and we rent it when we are away. We do have a cat and a dog so if you are highly allergic this is not a place for you! There are steep stairs to the downstairs.

Kohde sijaitsee noin 5km päässä Tampereen keskustasta ja Nokia Arenasta. Asunnosta löytyy yksi makuuhuone, jossa on parisänky (pyydettäessä saa erilleen, varattaessa tai vuorokausi ennen saapumista). Lisäksi yksi henkilö mahtuu majoittumaan sohvalle. Keittiön varusteisiin kuuluu mm. kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja astianpesukone. Talo on vanha ja asunnossa näkyvät elämisen jäljet Yhtiössä viereisissä taloissa meneillään linjasaneeraus, josta saattaa aiheutua melua arkipäivisin noin klo 7-15

This spacious studio is located just a 10-minute walk from the train station.
