Cottage is located in a quiet area of Manilla just a 10 minute walk from an IGA supermarket, newsagent, bakery, coffee shops, pubs & clubs. The swimming pool is a short 5 minute walk across the road. Minimal street lighting make night skies perfect for star-gazing, with a small telescope available. Manilla (45 km NW of Tamworth) is at the junction of two rivers, the Namoi & Manilla, with Keepit & Split Rock Dams a 20-25 min drive. Beautiful Warrabah National Park is a 45-50 min drive.

It provides a secluded and quiet stay for families or small groups of 6 to get away from it all in comfort and luxury. Beautifully furnished with restored and vintage furniture and a carefully curated selection of artwork and treasures. For the winter months there is a cosy wood burning heater and an outdoor fire pit .

Thoughtfully appointed, Pomegranate studio is a space for the modern bohemian, encouraging you to put down your devices, re engage your senses and embrace the moment. The studio is finished with recycled, repurposed, reimagined, salvaged materials. Pets are always welcome but at NO time are they to be left unattended at the cottage. Little House in the Nursery happily sustainable

Only a little off the beaten track but a long way from worry. An old stable in the middle of an operating native seed farm, rebuilt almost entirely with repurposed materials to accommodate our children and their families when they come to stay. Comfortable, welcoming and idiosyncratic and, at the same time, highly functional and almost bullet proof. In the style of the country but definitely not Country Style. Live inside, live outside and expect to be part of whatever is happening!
