This bespoke new build is one of two new properties at Hall Farm Dadlington for couples wanting to relax in peace. Each has a luxury interior styled to impress, with an all weather large covered veranda where you'll find your own private hot tub, swing seat, outdoor shower and dining area. Whether you want to stargaze, ramble, or just relax, this is the ideal quiet venue with stunning sunsets and views over rolling countryside and our grazing horses. Adults only. 2 guests max. Located in rural Berkswell, The Annex @ Barn Lodge is 15 mins from the NEC with easy access to road, air & rail networks. A self contained, beautifully presented annex featuring a lounge/kitchen & flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 4 guests (2 single beds with a 3rd pullout bed upstairs and a single guest bed downstairs). There is limited headroom in places. Set in gated grounds with a pond & lawns, guests can use a fire pit, BBQ, outside pool table and seating areas. Ample parking.

Oakle, self contained guest annex with independent access, king sized bed, ensuite shower room and private kitchenette. Complimentary breakfast. Close to Alton Towers and Eaton Hall Shooting Club. Doveridge has a country pub within walking distance which serves food. Set within the heart of a Derbyshire Dales village but less than 3 miles away from the town of Uttoxeter with it's Racecourse, bars, eateries and shops We are close to the A50 and A38 providing easy links to major motorways.

In the heart of the peaceful village of Appleby Magna is our converted loft apartment. It has its own small, fenced garden and patio with off-street parking. Well-equipped with Wifi, smart TV, gas hob, electric oven and fridge. There is one bedroom with king-sized bed and an additional sofa bed in the living area. Ground floor lobby and shower room. Quiet village location in the National Forest within a mile of the M42 junction providing easy access to Birmingham and the East Midlands.

The Dairy is an idyllic rural 3 bedroom barn conversion nestled in the heart of the Leicestershire countryside. The open plan living area comprises of kitchen, dining & lounge, great for socialising. There are 3 beautiful bedrooms all with kingsize beds, one converts to a twin, all with ensuite bathrooms. The large private garden has a luxurious wood fired hot tub with spectacular views over the fields. Nearby are lots of things to see & do, so take some time away, come & relax at The Dairy.

Canalside cabin overlooking the Coventry canal and located in the village of Hopwas. The cabin is perfect for an affordable break or a cost effective stopover on a work trip. Set in beautiful gardens with lovely views of waterways and local woods. There’s plenty on offer for nature lovers with great walks, fishing, boating and cycling on your doorstep. Further afield is a town and city to explore. After a day outdoors there are 2 country pubs across the road from the cabin to relax.

This cosy cottage in the charming English village of Tutbury, dates back to an era when making fine glassware was the main trade here. The 2 bedroom property is packed with original features and character like twisty stairs, oak beams, low latch doors and a cottage garden. This house has been lovingly renovated from top to bottom, offering a stylish bolt hole on the Derbyshire/Staffordshire border. The village has great pubs & cafes along with access to beautiful countryside walks.

Our peaceful dog friendly home from home has the countryside on your doorstep with plenty of walks/bike rides etc. * Private garden which is not overlooked complete with BBQ and seating area * Kingsize bed, Netflix, Sky TV, WiFi and Air con unit for the warmer months * Private Parking * CCTV on front door and back gate * This centrally-located home has a number of attractions within a short driving distance and local pubs We do not have a hot tub anymore for returning guests
