This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. Off site paid parking included at Morrisons, Foss Islands Road - 5 min walk away. Alternatively on-site parking available- see photo on my listing for charges

A light and tranquil ground floor flat. A 10-15 min walk to the city centre. Free street parking. Please see the map images on my listing for the proximity to York city centre. The flat is a great base for York. As soon as you get to the end of the adjoining Grosvenor Terrace you feel like you're in the city. Free, no permit street parking. No cleaning fee. The apartment sleeps 6 in king, double and twin bedrooms. Completely refurbished, rooms are decorated in heritage colours and hung with art by local artists, with stylish modern and antique furniture to create a calm and comfortable retreat. The apartment lies above a fabric shop in the urban village of Heworth, only a 16 minute walk to the city walls and on a direct bus route from the Station.
