'Listowel' is a cosy little Cottage sitting in amongst tropical flora with a salt water swimming pool nestled in the backyard.....lovely on a hot summer's day to swim and relax on our loungers. Listowel has doors which open to your own private area amongst lush tropical planting. There is a small outside table and chairs to enjoy a nice cold beer or wine at the end of a busy day. Also our 2 pushbikes with helmets, are ready for your use anytime during your stay. 🌻RELAX ~ ENJOY~ HAVE FUN🌻

Close to the beach and some of NZ's best surf breaks. Situated in the hub of a friendly lively village close walking distance to all amenities; shop, restaurants, cafes, beauty spa, famil pub, surfboard hire, bush walks and hiking, public transport. You’ll love our place because it is close to everything the village has to offer, yet quiet and secluded and only 10mins walk to the beach. Private Sanctuary with Pool, near the beach

You will love the open plan living, kitchen, dining, and lounge area, which flows into another large games room and out onto the pool deck. The days are easy when all you have to do is swim and sit under the shade sail beside the saltwater pool. The barbeque outdoor area is ready for dining and enjoying the quiet evening and sunset. The owner is situated onsite but in their own private studio which is attached to the house. Your privacy is guaranteed.

Devonport Cottage - an historic experience

Devonport Cottage is an early historic, Heritage New Zealand Category 2 listed labourers cottage built circa 1840s. It has been furnished with antiques and complementary furniture. There is a full kitchen including stove, microwave, bar fridge, dishwasher and espresso machine. With views of Mt Taranaki, we are in the countryside but just 6 minutes to New Plymouth's restaurants, shops and cafe’s. We are now welcoming long stays.
