Chambls Shack provides wanderers with a slow stay, overlooking the sandy beach at Verona Sands. Chambls is a genuine shack experience, complete with 1970’s kitchen, open fireplace and light shades. Plenty of wobbly bits and sloping floors, but we’re watertight, warm and a whole load of fun. Using the shack as your base, no matter which direction you choose to venture, there’s an array of experiences and activities to explore, 20 min to Hobart Airport, 40 min to Hobart, gateway to Richmond, East Coast, Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsula. A slower way of life just happens here x

Rising Hut ~ Cygnet, Tasmania

Our cosy and humble cabin - an old pickers hut from the farm's previous life as an apple orchard - is located in the stunning Huon Valley, with views across the stunning Huon River to the snow capped mountains of the Southwest. You would be hard pressed to find a more peaceful outlook for your morning coffee or afternoon wine as you take in the open skies and the local wildlife. Just a few minutes from the charming village of Cygnet and its many great cafes and shops.

Situated in Kingston Beach just a 15 minute drive from the city of Hobart with a 5 -10 minute walk to the beach and local cafes and restaurants. There are various walking tracks along the water. It is in a quiet area over looking Mount Wellington and Kingston Beach with views over the River Derwent including South Arm and Opossum Bay. Kingston is the gateway to the Huon Valley and Bruny Island a 25-30 minute drive.

Home to the globally renowned Chef Sarah Glover, this cabin is a chef’s dream, renovated to fulfil each and every one of your cooking aspirations. Cast a fishing line out the front, go diving for scallops, light the fire pit and create recipes from WILD cookbook in the place that many of the recipes were first thought up!

Garden Apartment - beside the sea!

Our renovated apartment is just 20 m from glorious Blackman's Bay beach; at the quiet end. You can sit in the garden, enjoy the ocean view and at night be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. Perfect place to just relax. Please note that during peak periods we may require a minimum stay of 6 nights; ie/. between December 24th to 30th.

Welcome to the Willows. Our self-contained flat is well located in Sandy Bay to allow you to take in all of Hobart’s sights. We are 5km from Hobart CBD and 1.3Km from Wrest Point Casino. The flat is well equipped with a king size bed, quality linen and furniture ensuring your stay with us will be comfortable and relaxing.
