This home is located on a 5 mile long secluded beach in Parrita. Enjoy the peaceful sounds of the rolling ocean waves, walk on the beach or just relax in our private pool. Town is located about 10 mins. away with lots of shopping, restaurants and banks. There are several local waterfalls in Parrita and zip lining. The oversized backyard is great for entertaining, playing sports and special events. Surfing lessons, boat mangrove/monkey tours, waterfall tours and fishing right off the beach.

**BEFORE YOU BOOK, PLEASE READ 'Other Details to Note' Our suite consists of ONE SPACIOUS ROOM which contains of a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, and clothing cubbies, a convenient kitchenette with induction stove, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. There is an attached bathroom with a large standing shower, bathroom cabinet with over-counter sink and plenty of space for toiletries. Don't stay near the beach, stay on it! 2 Bed pool

Walk to the beach! Villa Tierra is located right on the border of the beach protected zone, making it one of the closest places you can stay to the beach! Right now we have some construction nearby, so we are offering HUGE discounts. Once in a lifetime chance to get right on the beach without the 500/night price tag! Construction is usually from 8-5 Monday to Friday, so you can enjoy the beach or the area during the day, and then relax after dark listening to nothing but the ocean.

Photos taken June 1, 2022! Why bother with a hotel when you could have this! Located in an idyllic setting a 15 MINUTE WALK to the beach and seconds to the Baru River in Dominical. Waterfalls, beaches, Cano Island tours, Manuel Antonio & Ballena Nationall Parks and more are all less than 40 minutes away! Walk along the river to lots of swimming holes! Relax on our 2nd story deck, and catch a toucan or two or whip up an amazing feast in our well equipped kitchen. Welcome Home!

Ocean View Manuel Antonio Center Don't need a car!

This is the place to be if you want to walk EVERYWHERE! Great ocean view, full AC, and a quiet very safe area. There are several restaurants (including Agua Azul and Emilio's) within 2 minutes walking, a supermarket, and the most famous coffee house too! A bus stop is 100 yards away if you wanted to Visit Manuel Antonio park (3 min ride to park, $1 bus passes every 20 minutes). Or you could walk in about 20 minutes and see tons of Monkeys, Sloths, Macaws and maybe a toucan!
