Bright, clean and cozy 2-level studio (26m2). Down: bathroom, kitchen, living room, comfy sofa, desk by a 3-meter window. Top: comfy double bed, wardrobe, desk. The studio is fully equipped (there's also wifi). It is located in a quiet area next to the Royal Route (the most representative part of Warsaw). Park, shops, restaurants, gym closeby. It's just perfect for: -tourists looking for a starting point for sightseeing -business travelers -people looking for a cozy and quiet place to rest :)

Our studio is located on Dobra street very close to: The Old Town,Vistula boulevards, Copernicus Science Center and other tourist attractions. It is a fully equipped apartment suitable for one or two people. A great place to explore the city with public transport acces, city bikes stations and many more. Please note that the apartment is located on a busy street and next to a large construction site, which may cause some inconvenience. As hosts, we have no control over these external factors.

Nice studio with balcony on a quiet & green street

This is a studio apartment with independent entrance in a detached house. This house is located on a very pretty, quiet street at the wall of horse racing. A totally unique place. The apartment has an entrance hall, room, bathroom, mini kitchen, warderobe and a terrace. Very comfortable for 1 - 4 people. There is an extra payment of 10 euro for the third and fourth person as well as for the second one that needs a separate bed. For a dog the additional fee is 20 pln per day.

A luxurious loft-style apartment located in an over a hundred-year-old tenement house. Due to the extremely high ceilings and windows you can feel space and light. While designing the interior of our cosy accommodation, we tried to combine comfort with luxury. Charmed with the area we decided to build an unusual apartment in a vacant roof space. The ‘Soft Loft’ was created at the back of the most popular and energetic Nowy Swiat Street in the only building in the city with its own tower. It attracts attention with its simplicity, originally preserved bricks, textured plaster work and exposed timber.
