Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Erdgeschoss Neubauwohnung mit ca. 25 qm, Fußbodenheizung und Elektrischen Rollos Pool (mit Glasdach) ab ca. Mitte April bis Oktober nach Absprache nutzbar Das Skigebiet Goldeck ist nur 3,5 km entfernt. Weitere Skigebiete befinden sich 30-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. 6 Km von Spittal an der Drau entfernt Zum Millstätter See sind es 10 min mit dem Auto Autobahn A 10 ist 3 km entfernt

Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

Più vicino a 9 km si trovano Gemona del Friuli e Venzone .Per il periodo invernale le zone sciistiche sono lo Zoncolan a 35km , Tarvisio 45 km e Nassfeld

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

L' appartamento é composto da soggiorno con cucina, una piccola stanza da letto e bagno con doccia. Ingresso e parcheggio privato.

Dentro troverete un letto matrimoniale, frigorifero, moka elettrica ,tostapane ,microonde ,bollitore e caffè ,merendine ,pane da toast ,marmellate .Nel bagno doccia ,lavandino e wc con bidet incorporato.Lindirizzo è via delle betulle Valbruna al'interno del Golf mini Valbruna. Potete parcheggiare in strada quando c'è neve 50m prima a destra .
