Come and enjoy the semi rural feel in Tasman Village with Kina beach only a minute away by car. Motueka 10 minutes away and Kiteriteri 20 mins away. Head down to Mapua for a wine at Rium bar and eat some fantastic Fish and chips at The Smoke House after a busy day exploring. This is a comfortable open living space for a couple. Located between Mapua and Motueka the property is boarded by the cycle trail and motorway. Great access & parking for boats or a trailer. 3 hectare property surrounded by wildflowers and lush pastures. Dogs are welcome with conditions.
