A cute wee cottage for a hideaway. Surrounded by trees and bird life in a peaceful setting. The Motueka River is a 5 min walk. We have a sculpture garden and gallery on site showcasing the work of David Carson and other artists. Free entry to our guests. A great central location for Nelson, Motueka, Kaiteriteri and Nelson lakes. We are conveniently located right on the Great Taste cycle trail. Fully self contained cottage. Awaroa - Abel Tasman National Park

The Abel Tasman is one of "NZ's 8 Great Walks". The beautiful golden sands and pristine waters of Awaroa Inlet, and the Abel Tasman track are on our doorstep. Our Awaroa beachfront property is located on the edge of the Abel Tasman National Park and the Cottage is nestled in our back garden. The cottage is not seaward-facing, only a few steps to the beach. We have a Necky Looksha 19ft Ocean double kayak, life jackets, dry bags, free to use to explore the estuary, the river or Awaroa Bay.

The 'Flax Pod' cabin in Pohara, amazing sea views

Our unique Flax Pod cabin is a repurposed shipping container with epic views of Golden Bay. It suits a relaxed couple, has a comfy queen bed, sofa and kitchenette. Large bi-folding doors open onto a deck where you can totally relax, enjoy a cold beer, sink into a quirky hot tub and soak up the sea views. Its in a great location and a great base to explore Golden Bay from. Enjoy getting back to the basics, dozing in a hammock, a friendly weka or two and a spectacular night sky.

Our log cabin is located on a 50acre lifestyle farm in a hidden valley an hour south of Nelson and 40 minutes north of Murchison. It is peaceful and private with stunning mountain views and space to relax. With no traffic noise, the only sounds you will hear are the native birdsong and the Little Hope River running gently beside the property. NO Discrimination - everybody is welcome here.

Te Whare o Kea - A tiny house with a big heart!

Te Whare o Kea is a non profit social enterprise and supports kea and kiwi conservation work. Opening in 2020, Te Whare o Kea is a Gold Kea Sponsor, donating over $20,000 to the Kea Conservation Trust. It also supports the monitoring of kea nest sites in the Cobb Valley and maintains a 17 trap trapline and trail camera behind Te Whare.
