Our cozy terraced house is nestled in peaceful, scenic surroundings, just a short distance from the city center, forest, and seaside. Built in 2015 and spanning 130 m² (1,400 sq. ft), it offers everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is bright, quiet, and equipped with fast Wi-Fi and more. From the charming terrace just 50 meters away, forest trails lead you to the stunning seaside in under 5 minutes—perfect for swimming, picnics, runs, or walks and with spectacular mountain views.

Velkommen til et stort og nyoppusset hus av høy standard på sjøeiendom. Egen strand i hagen, med mulighet for å benytte seg av jacuzzi, kajakker, bålpanne, grill, pizzaovn med mer. Nyt en nydelig sjøutsikt fra husets store vinduer. Du kan ligge i badekaret og se utover horisonten, og ta morgenkaffen i senga mens du ser bølgene treffe svaberget i hagen. Det tar 5-7 minutter å kjøre til Preikestolen basecamp, 5 minutter til sentrum av Jørpeland og 30 minutter til Stavanger sentrum.

Enebolig plassert i fredelige omgivelser på Solvang i Haugesund. Her er du nær det meste. Kort vei til flotte turområder, sentrum og det meste av idrettsområder. Gode bussforbindelser til både Raglamyr og sentrum om du ikke ønsker å gå. Stor og skjermet hage der det rom for avslapping, lek og nytelse. Huset inneholder alt det vesentlige. Tre soverom med to soveplasser i hvert rom. Det er mulig å sette inn en seng til i det ene soverommet.

I have the perfect wood house in Stavanger city center! My house contains a 1st floor with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, a living room and fully equipped kitchen in the 2nd floor - with 52 inch Sony smart TV/Apple TV/Chrome/Netflix/Wi-Fi/Sonos audio system - and a bigger bathroom in the 3rd floor with bathtube. Suitable for 1-5 persons. 1 minute walk to the Pulpit Rock Ferry and very close to city center with all its facilities.

This stylish, modern place is perfect for large groups. Open plan living at its best. South facing terrace captures all the sun you need.
