A cosy self-contained annex for 2 in a small village near Axminster and within easy reach of the Jurassic Coast, Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Bridport, Honiton, Sidmouth and beautiful countryside walks. Great village pub 5 minutes walk. Continental breakfast included! The annex has an en-suite shower room, double wardrobe, king size bed and food preparation area. Private patio with table and chairs for an al fresco breakfast or dinner and sole use of a small summerhouse with views of the Axe Valley.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Close to easy travel links but a quiet secluded setting with lovely gardens , paddocks and stables with friendly equine residents including Bluey the minature pony. Accommodation comprises breakfast room,kitchen with hob and combo microwave oven, shower room and 25sqm bedroom / lounge with open log fire. Storage for bikes etc available. Self catering breakfast provided for short stays.

Climb the spiral staircase to relax in the sitting area with views to the Mendips and Somerset Levels and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the super king size bed.
