The room has separate access and soundproofing between but noting you may hear an occasional noise from us. The kitchenette provides a toaster, jug, fridge and coffee machine.

A quiet, comfortable night sleep awaits you in the private wing of this house. You have a queen bed, fold out queen sofa bed, bathroom, lounge with TV and wifi access, and laundry facilities to use at your convenience. Basic breakfast provided for you in the kitchenette. Please note that while there is a toaster/kettle and microwave, there are no sink or cooking facilities. We are open to dogs as the yard is fully fenced - but please contact us first as we also have a dog on site.
