Stroll down to the Lake front enjoy the view, then head into town for a few drinks. Chill out, watch the sun go down all while taking in the vibe of the snowy mountains. Summer or winter Taupo's got some mega things to see and do. I can guarantee your time here will be amazing and happy to give a little local inside to help you on your way.

Private, small, sunny, self contained modern stand alone apartment just 8 minutes, 7 kms drive from Taupo town centre. On hill near lake with great lake views across to town, between North & South Acacia Bays. Open plan kitchenette/dining/ lounge. Microwave, airfryer, electric pan, rice cooker. Heat pump/ Air conditioner. Bedroom (king & single bed)with compact bathroom leads onto private deck (lovely view across lake) with table, 2 chairs and weber bbq Maximum 2 guests. Whether its a romantic weekend for two ( no children) or a base for your adrenalin packed holiday around the central plateau, you will find our cosy cottage an ideal base. Please note,great views also mean a bit of a climb. We have 33 steps up to our door. If you have mobility needs please check the photos before booking. This apartment block was built in 1976, so does look old and tired on the outside.
