Self contained annex on Dartmoor National Park

We are positioned on the very edge of Dartmoor, with the national cycle path 50 mtrs from the gate and walking distance to the adjacent villages of Yelverton & Horrabridge. The annex is a converted stable block and offers our guests the comfort of a newly developed facility, with kitchenette, sofa area, bedroom space and luxury shower room. The Annex will provide you with all of the comforts of home, while you concentrate on enjoying the beauty of the surrounding area. We are bias, but love it!

The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. Treleigh is a beautiful eight acre farm set in the Tamar Valley, close to Dartmoor national park. The market town of Tavistock is a 15min drive away. The hamlet of Horsebridge, is approx. 1/2 mile away and boasts a classic, popular country pub, The Royal Inn, perfect for a spot of lunch or dinner. The newly renovated Orchard Barn offers a perfect, secluded retreat for two. Relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings right outside your window or use the barn as a base to explore Devon/Cornwall

Dartmoor Den perfect location for Moor exploring

Situated in Dartmoor national park with beautiful views from this detached, self-contained annex with private patio, garden, bike store and parking. The Dartmoor Den is a charming, newly converted annex that offers self catering accommodation in the quiet hamlet of Grenofen. Downstairs is open plan with a fully equipped new kitchen and cosy living/dining area, cloakroom/toilet and private garden. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with views across Dartmoor and an en-suite bathroom/wet room.

Beautiful Dartmoor house, idyllic moorland setting

The Old National School is a Grade II listed house, nestled in the beautiful hamlet of Sampford Spiney, located within Dartmoor National Park. Dating from 1585, the house sits in an idyllic spot between the Church and picturesque Sampford Manor. Originally the Church hall, it became the parish school in 1887 until 1923. It was only in the 1960’s that it became a residential dwelling. With its varied history, the house is quirky, with its lovely spacious rooms hinting at its eclectic history.

Character cottage in the Tamar Valley, Devon

A very special place to stay on the Bere Peninsula, Devon. This refurbished traditional slate-hung 'one-up-one-down' former silver miner's cottage was built in the 1800s. Set in the Tamar Valley National Landscape and Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site, with views of Cornwall and shared use of our quarter acre garden. Full self-catering or you can book breakfast and/or evening meals made by Martin, a professional chef. Self-contained annexe with own private entrance.

The Forge is a unique place full of character set at the edge of Dartmoor and only 2 miles from the market town of Tavistock. The Forge is a great place for cyclists and walkers, or if you just want to get away from it all. The Cornish Coast is not far and the city of Plymouth full of history is just a short car journey. Tavistock has the markets and lovely cafes and restaurants. The Forge has a log burner to snuggle up next too on those chilly evenings and a garden to enjoy.

We are offering a lovely 1 bed, fully self contained apartment with its own access. It is a quaint property in the heart of Tavistock town centre. There is room for one vehicle on the main drive. There is a self contained kitchen, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Dartmoor is only 5 minutes up the road for lovely walks. Plymouth is 15 miles away if you wanted the city vibes. There is off road parking and there is also a small court yard to sit outside.
