Located just 3.5km from the town centre, this retreat offers the perfect blend of serenity and accessibility. We've prioritised your comfort with thoughtful touches throughout, including Wi-Fi, ensuring a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

The Tin Shed farm studio with outstanding views

Cosy studio apartment attached to a farm building on a sheep and beef farm. Outstanding panoramic views of Fiordland and nearby Upukerora River. Suitable for two guests. Fully equipped kitchen plus bbq area for cooking a meal to enjoy with the view! Basic cooking and some breakfast supplies provided (no bread). Ensuite bathroom (shower, no bath). Heated floor tiles, carpet and a wood fire (not Jan/Feb) keep things cosy on cool days. You will need a car; it is a 15 min drive into nearby Te Anau.

Southfiord B&B *The Cottage* Te Anau Milford Sound

Peaceful, warm and cosy space to relax. The cottage is one bedroom, with king bed & ensuite. Kitchenette with fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Both the bedroom and lounge have there own TV. Free WiFi. With a view to the mountains from the lounge, the cottage allows guest to have a little more privacy and self cater light meals. Parkside Stay

Keep it simple at this quiet and centrally located 1 bedroom apartment. Built in 2024, our unit has one bedroom (Queen sized bed), one bathroom and a small kitchenette. Close to the Te Anau township and only a 10 minute walk to local bars & cafes, less if you want to head to the lake. This is the perfect base for visiting Fiordland and Milford Sound and has lovely views across a local park to Mt Luxmore and the Murchison Mountains.

Lakefront Apartment

Downstairs apartment of a luxury home, right on the Lakefront in Te Anau, directly across from the boat ramp. 2x Super King beds, well equipped kitchenette with cooktop. Please note: the ceiling is lower than standard - get in touch if you need measurements! Parking available on the street directly across the road.
