Te Anau is an ideal stop over to experience Milford Sound, Doubtful Sound, and all Fiordland has to offer. Our place is perfect for small groups, couples, and families. You can enjoy the house including kayaks and pool table and free wifi. We are Dairy farmers who love to relax in Te Anau

Welcome to our beautiful home, a perfect base when visiting Fiordland. Location is key and you won't be disappointed. A Short stroll to the shops, restaurants and lake Te Anau. Fantastic indoor outdoor flow, bbq area, small reserve beside house where children can play and room for your boat. A great modern kitchen, well equipped . You will love our luxury retreat, with cosy gas fire looking out to beautiful mountain views. Te Anau is the ideal stop over to experience Milford & Doubtful Sounds.

Mountain Vista

Relax and enjoy the stunning rural and mountain views from our stylish modern home. Situated in a very peaceful and quiet subdivision, you can literally jump off the deck onto a reserve. It's only a 4 minute drive to the shops or a 2 minute walk down to the beautiful lake front. Because our property is not fenced it is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old. Please note we only accept guests who have already had good AirBnB reviews history and the garage is not available.

Our cute but modern cottage (built 2019) is well equipped with a full kitchen and all the comforts of home. Come and enjoy the serenity!

Waimarie - Warm & Cosy with beautiful views

Waimarie is a spacious, clean home which is suitable for all and has great mountain views with a grass reserve behind the house. Short 900m walk to lakeside and 15 min walk to the shops. 1.65kms to Real Journeys - which is the departure point for Glow Worm Caves and Faith in Fiordland Yacht. Waimarie offers free Wifi, on-site parking, a Full kitchen and numourous amenities to make your stay comfortable and feel like home. please note there a Ring door chime at front door.

Black's Hut - Lakefront Cottage

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

We are located in an old established part of town, but only a 5 minute walk to the Main Street of Te Anau and restaurants, and a 2 minute walk to the edge of the lake. Enjoy the quiet surroundings in your warm, light, roomy cottage, and we'll look forward to meeting you - but ensuring you have plenty of time on your own to rest and relax.

Our two bedroom cottages are fully self contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Each cottage has two bedrooms, sleeping a total of 4 guests. Our guests recommend a two night stay minimum in this area. Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound are renowned tourist destinations. Also walks in Fiordland National Park and a local bike trail. No cleaning fee.

Rangapu Fiordland Log Cabin

An adorable 2 Bedroomed Log Cabin located on the outskirts of Te Anau. Only a stones throw away from the local Golf Club, the beginning of the iconic Kepler Track and the fabulous Waiau River. This quaint property offers the traveler a peaceful and private setting to relax in after a days exploring the wonders of the Fiordland area.
