Comfortable, homely beach bach overlooking the ocean. The space has two bedrooms and open plan living area and kitchen. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND PILLOWCASES. Duvets, blankets, pillows and towels provided. The undercover deck is the perfect place to relax and watch the waves. There is WIFI and a TV screen that has an HDMI port, or can be connected to Chromecast (no TV satellite). Tea and coffee (no milk). There isn't a shop at Ocean Beach but Havelock North is just a 20 minute drive away.

Set on the 3rd and 4th story, entry via approximately 30 stairs, Beachy Retreat has been tastefully redecorated and updated to ensure a relaxing homely feel. large kitchen living and dining area. This New York loft style apartment has been cleverly designed to capture all day sun and amazing views. The loft bedroom up stairs has been divided into two comfortable sleeping areas with a privacy wall to separate the beds. Being 2 minutes walk from Napier CBD, shops, restaurant's, parks and cafes.

Reef Break Studio

A detached sleep-out across the road from the beach at Te Awanga, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A spacious studio with a queen-sized bed, sofa bed (for two children or one adult), dining table, flatscreen TV, wifi, and continental breakfast. A cot is available. The kitchen contains a microwave, bench-top oven, cooking elements and a fridge. The bathroom has a decent-sized shower with good water pressure and gas-heated hot water. Only 15-20 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings.

It has air conditioning to keep you warm and cool and breakfast is included! Please note that the flat has no TV and it has a kitchenette not a full kitchen. Also the flat is reached by 30 steps down from the street. You are a short 10min walk from the cafes, restaurants & bars that Napier & Ahuriri have in abundance.

Aslantis Beach House marries Art Deco and Spanish Mission architecture with inspiring ocean views, fabulous front gardens and a wonderful Mediterranean style courtyard . A 1 to 2 minute walk and you'll have access to a well stocked 4 square dairy, takeaway and pub (including pizzas) A 15 minute drive and you'll be in Hastings. Havelock North or Napier, one of the Art Deco capitals of the world. Aslantis Beach House is a great getaway for couples and business travellers.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

River Cottage - set in Native Garden

Escape to our beautifully presented cottage, tucked away in a peaceful native garden that you'll share with the main house. You'll have your own private outdoor area to unwind in, complete with a BBQ and chiminea to create the perfect atmosphere for a glass of wine at the end of the day. Close to cycle trails leading to stunning scenery and local wineries. Short walk to river/beach. Stroll down to our local pub, restaurant or cafe. Cottage is not suitable for children.

Our studio apartment is totally self contained, with wonderful wooden floors and light streaming in from the garden one looks onto. Perfectly situated a few minutes drive between Havelock North and Hastings and decorated with a Colonial African slant. We always leave muesli, fruit, milk, and croissants in the fridge for our guests to enjoy on their FIRST morning, so they can relax and not have to go out for breakfast. Tea and coffee are always provided.

Pointbreak Studio

Beachfront studio( standalone) situated in front of surf break in Te Awanga. Open plan studio with decks both sides, bbq, newly renovated upstairs with a full kitchen all linen supplied . Separate bathroom below accessed from outside.( for your own private use) A quick walk to wineries, cafe and coffee shop ,a bike hire near by, safe swimming ,fishing and & surfing. We are situated on the cycle track. Private and relaxing in front of the ocean.

Minime

Self contained studio, separate from the main house, on street parking. Great garden to relax in with your favorite beverage or book. Less than a 10 minute walk into town, 2 minute drive to the city centre for cafes, supermarket, restaurants, information centre. Two streets away from the beach and National aquarium, so very close to walk / cycleways along the beach front. Wifi available buy can be weak. I do have 2 cats, Happy & Spinkle.

Oceanside Escape

A spacious modern apartment, with the added bonus of being only a few minutes walk to the city centre. You will be captivated by the breath-taking view across Marine Parade to the ocean from the spacious open plan living room and master bedroom.
