Come and relax in our quintessential Kiwi surf bach, lounge on comfortable cushions under the pohutakawa trees and listen to the waves in the background and watch the sun set over the ocean.

Distillers Cottage

Want to escape to the stunning vineyards of Marlborough and stay in the countryside, next to a gin distillery? We have you covered. The Distillers Cottage at the Vines Village is nestled on the edge of 4 acres of landscaped grounds that make up the Vines Village in Marlborough, New Zealand. Adjacent to the Roots Gin Shack and Elemental Distillers. Design-led and attention to detail is what we are all about and we would love to share our amazing place in the world with you.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Feijoa lodge

Situated on the edge of a small orchard of feijoa fruit trees over looking native bush and farmland with a stream running through it. The cottage has a private setting with a large deck area. The property is on state highway two, 2 minutes to Katikati town which has a large variety of dining choices and services including a large supermarket .20 minutes to the city of Tauranga ,the beach & Mount Maunganui.Beautiful Waihi beach is approximately 12-15 minutes drive away.

BellaMonte Vista

A stone throw from Napier's stunning Botanical Gardens and close to Ahuriri's popular restaurants, cafes, bars and sandy beach; BellaMonte has views, and off-street parking that can accommodate small boats. Located on Hospital Hill it's a five minute drive into the city. Two double bedrooms with queen size beds and a bedroom with bunks. Enjoy glimpsing visiting ships on the bay. A spacious bathroom and comfortable lounge makes it a home away from home.

The Villa Cambridge

This 110 year old villa is a pleasure to spend time in. Newly renovated with three generous bedrooms, it is very cosy with central heating in the winter months and ceiling fans to keep you cool in summer. A sunny and fully fenced backyard, perfect for dining outside in the evening or enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Situated in pretty Cambridge, the centre of town is a very short stroll away. The Villa is a home away from home.

The Tree House

Our Tree House .. Located on a north facing ridge with spectacular views of whale island and surrounding bush land , Water is from a pristine spring,tested 100% pure ( no chemicals ) Modern kitchen to bring out the creativity in you . Home heating is provided by a beautiful freestanding fire fuelled by wood harvested from the property sustainably while hot water is from our solar system ( bathing in the sunshine )

Piha Retreat - Rainforest Magic

The Retreat is nestled in protected native rain forest with stunning views down to Lion Rock at Piha Beach 15 mins drive away. You will be rested & rejuvenated after your stay. Designed by Chris Tate, who won international acclaim for his "Glasshouse" in Titirangi. Watch the sun go down from the deck with a glass of wine, enjoy the outdoor bath under the stars, then have a wonderful peaceful sleep.
