Only a 7 minute walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The home has a full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.

Malcolm (retired Architect/builder) and Penny (retired dance teacher) started building this house in 2014. Built to provide comfortable shelter, whatever the weather, with sweeping views of the Bay of Islands. Peace and tranquility yet 1.5 kms from the centre of Russell and 2.5kms from the beautiful Long Beach. Originally farm house set in private rural setting 5 mins from 90 Mile Beach ,awesome location .Plenty of space ,family and pet friendly. Ideal stop off on way to or from the Cape. Fully equipped and comfortable.This location is 15 mins from the township of Kaitaia with its many shop and restuarants , 5 mins from Awanui with has 2 dairies, takeaway , petrol station. The Waipapakauri Hotel is 3mins away and serves bar meals.
