View local swans, dolphins, pelicans, fish, crabs and koalas nearby or take a walk on the boardwalk through a nature reserve to Mallabula. Try fishing or kayaking or watching the sunset. Whale watching and dolphin tours depart from nearby Nelson Bay. Eating out includes clubs, take always, a few restaurants ranging from budget to waterfront a la cart. This light filled little house on our property has a lovely lounge dining area, a modern kitchen with breakfast bar and a beautiful bathroom. The bungalow is also surrounded by a lovely garden. The Pool House

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

Our beach house is spacious, with a leafy garden in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has sunny decks on three sides, great for indoor/outdoor living. It has just been fully renovated, with a state of the art kitchen, and new bathroom. Our NBN (average download speed of 43 Mbps) allows you to work remotely. In the evening, relax with Wifi and Netflix. Only a 500m walk to both the surf beach and the still water of Port Stephens. Five minutes' walk to the shops and cafes of Hawks Nest.

Riversedge - too

Located on the banks of the Myall River at Bulahdelah, " Riversedge too " offers a riverside retreat on the edge of town overlooking the surrounding farmland and forests. With navigable water to the Myall Lakes, the property is ideal for canoeists, bike riders and bird watchers - the world famous Seal Rocks, Myall Lakes National Park and coastal surfing beaches are all a short distance away.
