Relax and unwind in this beautiful riverfront holiday cottage in Noss Mayo. It boasts fantastic views over the River Yealm and direct water access for guests who sail, kayak or paddleboard. Noss Mayo is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty just half an hour from Plymouth and within easy reach of Salcombe and Dartmoor. There are 3 pubs within a short stroll or paddle across the water to Newton Ferrers. With 3 bedrooms sleeping up to six guests, the house is perfect for families and friends.

Yet the unique situation of Pier House – surrounded by large, mature gardens, with an outdoor pool (heated seasonally) & private access in all directions – it always feels peaceful.

Features: Broadband WiFi 1 double bedroom with en suite shower and walk in wardrobe. 2 twin rooms. 1 main bathroom. Open plan lounge / diner / kitchen. 2 smart TVs (one 42”). Please note max 6 guests - day and night.

Take a break and unwind in the beautiful village of Broadhempston. Nestled between Dartmoor and the beautiful South Devon coast, Broadhempston is a truly stunning village. We have 2 fantastic pubs offering great food and a warm welcome and both less than a 5 minute walk away. There is also a wonderful community shop which stocks most things you'd need for a short stay. Situated less than a 15 minute drive to the South of the village is the vibrant town of Totnes.

Stylish, self contained, luxury suite with parking

Willow is a lovely, recently converted self contained suite. It overlooks the park and garden, and has been thoughtfully finished with your comfort and relaxation in mind. Everything is new and nothing has been forgotten. It is conveniently located to explore all that beautiful South Devon has to offer, both the beaches and Dartmoor. It is within a stones throw of the train and bus stations and walking distance to the local market town.

3 Bedroom Holiday home in a private location.

The static caravan is located separately within the grounds of a private residence. It is not on a holiday park or site. Ideal for those wanting privacy. Not suitable for very young children as outside space is limited to a small patio area. Great for walkers/hikers or using it as a base. Close to the town, coastal paths and areas of interest. One parking space. There is off road parking for a second car.

Luxurious get away for walking fishing relaxing

A south facing stylish getaway in the middle of Exmoor National Park. There is private fishing for the keen fisherman, endless doorstep walks, fresh water swimming, a short walk into Dulverton for cream teas, boutique shops and fabulous places to eat. There are French doors that open out onto a stone patio where you can sit and take in the views. Well behaved dogs are very welcome too.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The Boat house is a luxurious relaxing space, with Veiws to die for. Please note the hot tub is not available with this accommodation. Where it has been reviewed Guests have used it as it was available and at my discretion. Sorry for any disappointment . By all means ask the question . Especially mid week and out of season bookings.
