Close to Main Street & restaurants (< 10 minute walk) & the hot springs pool (<15 minute walk).There are 2 tvs & Dish hoppers. No cleaning fee. Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...

~~~ Silverton Adventure House ~~~ Built in 2011, this is the perfect base for your next visit to the San Juan mountains! Radiant in-floor heat ensures a cozy stay. There is a small garage that is heated and includes a workbench with ski tools and space for gear storage. We welcome all Silverton visitors and will do our best to help you have an amazing stay! We are pet friendly! A $50 pet fee will be charged separately if you bring pets.
