Blue Willow Cottage at Warbler's Roost

Blue Willow 1100 sq ft Cottage is on a 14-acre property called Warbler's Roost, situated on Deer Lake, 20 min west of South River, north of Huntsville. It is 40 minutes west of Algonquin Park’s access point 1 (water access only) and near many trails. The cottage includes 3 bedrooms, a 4-piece bathroom, & large open concept kitchen/dining/living room - max 6 people allowed including children. There are 2 docks at our waterfront, a 4-minute walk from the cottage, kayaks & canoes. BBQ is included

Nestled in the heart of the Argyle Community, this newly updated winterized cottage is available to guests all year. With the OFSC trails out front, sledders can enjoy their favourite winter pastime. Be here for the opening of fishing season and catch the "big one"! Pike, pickerel and bass are just waiting for the bait! Summer cottagers enjoy the sun, water and the Pickerel River System. Autumn is the most colourful time here, and absolutely beautiful! Come and relax anytime of the year!

Cozy cottage located on a sandy shore of Lake Nippissing. Enjoy a coffee on the front deck as the sun rises, lazy afternoons on the sandy beach as waves lap against the shore, and evenings kayaking as the sun sets on the horizon. Front deck with Muskoka chairs and firetable, overlooks the beach, large grassy back yard suitable for kids and pets to play in. Back patio with chairs and BBQ. In the winter go snowmobiling, ice fishing, snowshoeing, or cross country skiing steps from the cottage door.

Cozy guest cabin located at the back of our spacious property on beautiful Lake Nipissing. We are in West Nipissing, specifically Sturgeon Falls, 30 minutes West of North Bay. This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.
