The back fence opens up to a city park for your children to play or your pets to run. This house is in a quiet established neighborhood. Pet friendly. (Over 1 pet will be charged $50 for each. Nested on a bluff overlooking the lake, Blue Vista is a cheerful house with a relaxed personality. Enjoy the amazing view, fully-stocked kitchen, oversized jacuzzi, fire pit, and outdoor dining. Work remotely, go fishing, and finish each day watching the sunset from the ambient-lit hot tub. Blue Vista is a quiet retreat in a peaceful setting. With that in mind, we can not accommodate requests for those intending to host loud parties or crowds. Pet fee of $100 per booking. Dogs only please.

Almost 900 sq ft of VERY Clean, Very private, brand new, full kitchen, full bath, large bedroom, can sleep up to 4, 2 TVs, plenty of closet space, close to Baylor, Scott, & White. Floors steam cleaned, tiled throughout, everything sterilized. Private entrance, plenty of parking for about anything. Queen Bed, Full size Futon, Queen blow-up mattress, and 2 couches. 3 seperate spaces. The unit is attached to the rest of the home but there is a door that separates it and locks from both sides.
