Remodeled split-entry "Hilltop Hospitality House" was my childhood home. One hour from Omaha in the lovely Loess Hills, with beautiful lake and valley views, (sleeps ten). Three queen beds, one double bed, one sofa sleeper, full kitchen, two full baths, laundry, a spacious open floor plan for large groups, and a large deck overlooking my friendly hometown, this is a great space for groups and family gatherings. Nice studio apartment above the garage rents separately.

This charming location is a farmhouse style home built in 1914. Easily found on the main street through town, a one block walk in any given direction will put you at the center of the city. A grocery story, eating establishments, gift shops and community center are conveniently located in the downtown area. Friendly Quarters operates as a non-profit organization to support the missions and ministries of Earlham Friends (Quaker) Church located right next door.

The Rookery Cottage - Access scenic hiking trails

This rustic cottage is a quiet retreat in the heart of the Middle Raccoon River Valley. Situated on a private acreage within Whiterock Conservancy, guests can easily access 40mi+ of scenic hiking and mountain biking trails, float the nearby river, or enjoy dark sky viewing. A "rookery" is a nesting site for herons, a bird that prefers quiet, undisturbed habitat near water. And so the Rookery Cottage seeks to provide a natural escape from the daily grind.

Come sleep under the stars in this cozy galaxy bell tent. You can enjoy a good nights sleep in the comfortable King bed and stay comfortable with an air conditioner and heater. There is also a fridge for keeping your food fresh. Soak up nature while you hike the trails around Oak Haven Acres, a 32 acre farm in rural Iowa. For your security we have a trail camera at the beginning of the driveway that won’t intrude on your privacy.

Our Bungalow is furnished with everything you might need and more! Beautiful hardwood floors support a 'home away from home'. Nestled in the middle of Coon Rapids, Iowa you will be minutes from everything you need - grocery, shopping, golf, aquatic center, local restaurants and all that Whiterock Conservancy has to offer including trails of all kinds - running, biking, horseback riding and more. Pets are not allowed on property.

Revisit your school days in this renovated elementary school room. Reminisce or make some new memories at this unique family-friendly studio. We are a short walk away from the Riverside trail & are located in one of the cutest little towns in Iowa. This is a small town but we have everything needed for a great stay! Hiking, mountain biking, Kayaking, horse riding, & shopping just a few miles away.
