It is centrally located by the town centre and the beach/seafront is a 12-16 minute walk down the High Street past several shops and cafés. Tuck away next to the Wivenhoe woods (upper Wivenhoe), this lovely self-contained studio flat provides comfortable accommodation throughout. The studio is on a cul-de-sac, with its own entrance. It is just a short walk to the University of Essex via Wivenhoe Public pathway. The the train station is also only 15 minute walk away through the Wivenhoe trail. Ideal for 1-2 guests, but a baby or small chid is welcome (providing that you bring your own travel cot & bedding with you).

Offering amazing views over the River Blackwater there is no place quite like it, in fact the river front and iconic Thames barges are just a stone’s throw away! We are a short stroll from the main strip on Southend seafront but far enough away to avoid the crowds. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Woodbridge Train Station has a taxi rank, 5 minutes by Taxi or a 20 minute walk from us.

The space is set up with everything you need for a relaxing holiday near the Suffolk Coast. Situated in a quiet residential close in Leiston, just a few miles from the coast, Aldeburgh, Snape Maltings, RSPB Minsmere and Southwold.
