THE WOODPECKERS IS SITUATED IN ALRESFORD ESSEX The Woodpeckers is a private annexe with its own entrance and patio featuring a charcoal BBQ. Inside, there's a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, kettle, and microwave, along with provided tea and coffee. The lounge includes a smart 40-inch TV and a convertible sofa bed. The bedroom has a king-size zip-link bed that can be split into two singles upon request. We are also happy to discount longer stays for workers.

The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.

This cosy cottage sleeps four guests in a double room with a WC and a twin room. The Stables boast a large walk in shower. Looking forward to meeting you! PS: we have a pond in the main garden and our chickens are free range and wonder freely around the gardens.
