The interior design incorporates artifacts and treasures found within the Bradenton Beach .Swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, playing pickleball, are some of the ongoing activities at our resort and the surrounding 2,000 acre aquatic preserve. Near: Tampa, St. Pete, Anna Maria Island, Bradenton, Sarasota Children under the age of 7 are not permitted to stay in the SeaScape

Our quadrant campaigned to limit new homes that were out of step with the Bungalow style and maintain the personality of Historic Kenwood. It was passed.
